We're seeking a Senior Scrum Master to support our Engineering Teams and help build high-impact software and features that deliver value to customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Facilitation: Ensure effective communication among team members, facilitating collaboration and growth.
  • Progress Tracking: Keep all parties informed of project progress, removing roadblocks that hinder team success.
  • Feedback: Provide timely feedback to stakeholders, driving improvement and clarity in discussions.
  • Agile Champion: Champion agile values, principles, and practices within the organization, aligning with business goals.
  • Mentorship: Onboard, train, and mentor scrum team members, empowering them to succeed.
  • Scrum Ceremonies: Facilitate scrum ceremonies, including stand-up meetings, sprint meetings, retrospectives, etc., promoting team growth and collaboration.
  • Product Backlog Management: Help Product Owners refine, arrange, and optimize product backlogs, ensuring successful software delivery.
  • Roadblock Removal: Remove obstacles that can hinder the progress of teams, enabling them to deliver value.
  • Agile Practice Adjustment: Tweaking and adjusting the team's Agile practices to better facilitate software delivery, as needed, driving improvement and innovation.
  • Release Planning and Deployment: Coordinate with release planning and deployment activities, ensuring smooth delivery of software features.
Requirements
  • Experience: At least 5 years as a Scrum Master (or in a similar role), possessing expertise in agile methodology and techniques.
    • Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of agile frameworks, such as Scrum or Kanban, driving process improvement and innovation.
    • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ensuring clarity and effectiveness in stakeholder interactions.
    • Certification: Agile Scrum Master Certification (strongly preferred).
