We are looking for a Customer Acquisition and Retention Specialist to join our team.
About the RoleIn this role, you will be responsible for identifying and approaching potential customers to generate leads, presenting and promoting products or services to meet customer needs, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, negotiating contracts, and closing sales to meet or exceed targets.
Key responsibilities include conducting market research to understand customer preferences and trends, preparing and delivering sales reports and forecasts to management, handling customer inquiries, providing solutions, and resolving complaints.
Requirements- A high school diploma or equivalent (a Bachelor's degree in business or related field is a plus).
- Proven experience in sales or customer service (preferred but not mandatory).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Goal-driven, with a strong ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with CRM software or sales tools is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Willingness to travel if required.
