The Customer Acquisition and Retention Expert will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying, qualifying, and converting leads into customers. This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales and business development, and proficiency in CRM software.

Responsibilities
  • Sales and Lead Generation:
    • Identify and qualify potential leads through cold calls, emails, and social selling.
    • Conduct discovery calls to assess customer needs and determine if our solution is a good fit.
    • Optimize lead generation and conversion rates.
    • Support the sales team in setting appointments and following up on leads.
    • Close deals and meet or exceed sales targets.
    • Sales Support:
      • Create effective sales materials and proposals.
      • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
      • Pipeline and CRM Management:
        • Update CRM records to ensure accurate tracking of prospects and opportunities.
        • Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to management.
        • Collaborate with marketing and account executives to optimize lead conversion strategies.
        Requirements
        • 2+ years of experience in sales and business development.
        • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
        • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
        • Proficiency in CRM software and data analysis.
