Financial Planning and Analysis Professional

The FP&A Specialist plays a pivotal role in driving strategic decision-making by developing and maintaining comprehensive financial models.

To excel in this position, the ideal candidate should possess a strong background in Excel-based modeling and experience supporting strategic planning, forecasting, and financial decision-making across multiple business functions. The successful candidate will also be able to prepare clear and insightful variance analysis and support the finance team in creating board-ready reports and presentation materials.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain integrated 3-statement financial models using Excel.
  • Create and maintain driver-based forecasting models that connect operational metrics to financial outcomes.
  • Design and implement dynamic revenue and cost drivers to support scenario modeling and sensitivity analyses.
  • Conduct rolling forecasts and update models regularly.
  • Prepare variance analysis to guide strategic decisions.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in financial modeling, FP&A, or related fields.
  • Proven experience building 3-statement financial models in Excel.
  • Deep understanding of GAAP financial statements and interconnects.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate operational inputs into financial impacts.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
