European Finance Analyst Job Overview

As a key member of our European finance team, you will work closely with the Finance Director to provide strong analytical and reporting skills. You will be responsible for reviewing business cases, communicating with initiative owners, and creating variance analysis reports.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review the accuracy of business cases submitted by initiative owners in our project platform.
  • Communicate with all initiative owners around actuals tracking and KPI/Milestones tracking.
  • Support initiative owners in forecasting, budgeting, and assessing risks and recommend a plan to build gaps.
  • Create reporting around variance analysis on a monthly or weekly basis.
  • Contribute to other financial activities such as monthly accounting close and reporting process.
  • Support our standing goal to continuously improve the quality, efficiency, and value of financial information produced via financial tools and automation.
  • Support in all integration financial aspects and ad hoc activities.
Requirements:
  • Post-qualification experience working in financial analysis, accounting, or similar.
  • Bachelor's degree in financial analysis, accounting, management consulting or similar.
  • Ability to work in the Irish/UK time zone.
  • Business partnering experience.
  • Advanced excel skills.
