Senior Business Performance Analyst

We are seeking a skilled Financial Analyst to support our Product Marketing and Product Development teams. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret large data sets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver actionable insights through analysis of key business drivers, variances, and trends.
- Assist in developing comprehensive business cases for new product initiatives in collaboration with Product Managers.
- Participate in budgeting and forecasting cycles for product-related functions.
- Compile and assess monthly financial commentary for accuracy and clarity.
- Perform ad-hoc financial analyses to support strategic and operational decisions.
- Manage and improve financial models and reporting tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and financial modeling.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret large data sets.
- Driven, detail-oriented, and capable of producing accurate work under pressure.
- Pursuing professional qualifications such as CIMA or ACCA.
- Excellent planning, organization, and time management skills.
- Collaborative mindset with professionalism and a continuous improvement attitude.
