Job Title

A leading legal professional is sought to spearhead the organization's legal department.

The ideal candidate will possess a Juris Doctor (JD) degree or equivalent, with admission to the Bar required. A minimum of 10 years of progressive legal experience, particularly in corporate, commercial, or regulatory law within the financial services or technology industry, is expected.

Responsibilities:
