The primary objective of this role is to create a memorable and personalized experience for our guests.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of specialists to deliver exceptional service during each shift, ensuring guest satisfaction is consistently met.
  • Oversee all guest communications, providing support via multiple channels including phone, SMS, WhatsApp, chat, and email.
  • Efficiently resolve escalated guest issues to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and new technologies.
  • Ensure adherence to established systems, processes, and documentation standards.
Key Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of industry experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Minimum 2 years of management experience, specifically managing customer service teams or call centers.
  • Effective communication and organizational skills are essential.
  • A strong analytical mindset, combined with strategic and collaborative abilities, is necessary for success.
  • Demonstrated ability to create standard operating procedures (SOPs) and implement process improvements.
