Job Title: Industrial Efficiency Specialist

The position of Industrial Efficiency Specialist is a critical role within our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing the operational efficiency of our restaurant's processes and systems.

About the Job:

This role involves conducting thorough evaluations of various restaurant processes to identify areas for improvement. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, as well as excellent leadership and planning abilities.

  • Analyze data related to restaurant operations, including sales figures, customer traffic, and employee productivity.
  • Develop and implement new processes and systems to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with other members of the management team to identify opportunities for improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct time and motion studies to evaluate the efficiency of various restaurant processes.
  • Analyze data related to the restaurant's operations, including sales figures, customer traffic, and employee productivity.
  • Develop and implement new processes and systems to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Monitor the performance of new processes and systems and make adjustments as needed.
  • Collaborate with other members of the restaurant management team to identify opportunities for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering with good academic records.
  • At least 1 year of related work experience in restaurant system process improvements.
  • Strong leadership skills, analytical skills, and planning skills.
  • Possesses strong organizational and decision-making skills.
  • Works well in a fast-paced setting.
  • Customer service-oriented and has a passion for continuous learning.
  • Ability to communicate and express oneself clearly.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel & PowerPoint).
