Home Care Scheduler

As a scheduler in the home care industry, you will be responsible for managing caregiver schedules, communicating changes, and ensuring consistent care for seniors in their homes.
You will work closely with a client's operations team to coordinate schedules, respond to shift cancellations, and communicate with clients and caregivers using a VoIP system.
Your duties may also include updating records, conducting regular check-ins with caregivers, and generating weekly reports.
Requirements- Experience in scheduling, preferably in healthcare or home care
- Calm under pressure and naturally organized
- Ability to solve problems quickly and efficiently
- Comfortable with software systems and remote communication
- Strong relationships-building skills and ability to be a trusted partner
- Initiative-taker and strong team player
