Job Description

We are seeking a results-driven Operations & Data Analyst to join our cross-functional team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to drive process improvements and ensure data accuracy.

The successful candidate will be responsible for organizing workflows, managing datasets, and collaborating with various departments to streamline operations and uphold quality standards.

  • Organize and manage workflows and datasets across multiple departments, ensuring information is properly structured and accessible.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure procedures are followed and required data is collected on time.
  • Classify and maintain documentation to ensure accuracy, order, and accessibility.
  • Support data analysis, reporting, and financial/operational modeling tasks.
  • Enforce process and quality standards across teams.
  • Take ownership of routine administrative and follow-up tasks, freeing up senior team members for strategic work.
  • Contribute to ongoing projects and process improvements.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Mathematics, Finance, or another analytical field.
  • At least 4-5 years of related work experience as an analyst.
  • Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables, and modeling).
  • Ability to build and work with financial/data models.
  • Excellent command of English (spoken and written).
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks at once.
  • Eager to learn and adaptable to changing workflows and tools.
  • A 'can-do' mindset, with high energy and willingness to go the extra mile.
