Job Title: Business Insights Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to support our Sales Operations team in transforming data into actionable insights that drive revenue growth, optimize inventory levels, and reduce operational inefficiencies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts to ensure optimal inventory levels.
  • Create and maintain informative dashboards that provide visibility into sales performance, inventory health, and operational KPIs.
  • Act as the primary liaison for ERP integrations, coordinating with internal and external teams.
  • Write complex SQL queries to extract, clean, and analyze datasets effectively.

The ideal candidate will possess expertise in SQL, BI tools, and Excel/Google Sheets, with experience working with ERP systems and AI/ML tools.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in consumer products or retail.
