Job Title: Data Insights Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional with hands-on experience in data analysis to join our team. In this role, you will transform complex data into clear, actionable insights that drive strategic business decisions.

You will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to gather reporting requirements, analyze datasets from diverse sources, and develop scalable, interactive dashboards and reports.

Your ability to ensure data quality, model information effectively, and stay up-to-date with evolving tools within the Microsoft Fabric ecosystem will be key to success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze and interpret data from various sources.
  • Build robust and user-friendly reports and dashboards to visualize trends, KPIs, and business metrics.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to deliver insights aligned with strategic goals.
  • Clean, transform, and model data using Power Query, DAX, and Fabric-native tools.
  • Perform data validation to ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness of reports.
  • Document report logic, metrics definitions, and data lineage for transparency and knowledge sharing.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in a data analysis or reporting role.
  • Hands-on experience working with data in Microsoft Fabric.
  • Strong skills in Power BI, including DAX, Power Query, and dashboard design.
  • Familiarity with data modeling concepts.
  • Ability to translate business questions into analytical approaches and actionable insights.
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
