Key Responsibilities:
  1. Oversight of Quality Management and Technical and Professional Services procedures governing client CAREs in the corporate HEAT system
  2. Participation with TaPS technical teams to ensure incident and problem management service levels are met
  3. Coordination of tasks with the Quality Management Team to ensure incident and problem recording, monitoring, tracking, categorization, and reporting
  4. Maintenance of incident and problem records
  5. Conducting post-incident investigations to identify root causes and preventative actions
  6. Development of formal incident reports for TaPS management approval and forwarding to Account Managers for review and client response
  7. Communication of incident events, progress reports, corrective actions, root cause, and preventative actions to BPO business representatives
