The Administrative Support Specialist will be responsible for performing a wide range of administrative activities in the clinic. This includes preparing reports for submission to client site HR, providing assistance with HMO-related activities, scheduling executive check-ups, validating medical certificates, and responding to queries from site HR.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A valid TIN, SSS, Philhealth, Pag-IBIG-HDMF, NBI, and Vaccination Card
  • Preferably can start immediately
  • A graduate of any 4-year course; Nursing graduates welcome to apply
  • Good written and oral communication skills
  • Good knowledge in computer systems (use of Google Sheet and/or Microsoft Office, G-Suite)
