Project Coordination Specialist

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled project coordination specialist to oversee creative projects and elevate clients' online presence.

About the Role:
  • Coordinate and execute strategies that drive business growth
  • Collaborate with a team dedicated to delivering comprehensive eCommerce solutions, including design, development, and digital marketing

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working with creative teams, particularly designers, in a project management capacity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans to ensure timely completion
  • Manage and organize project files in Google Drive and Dropbox, ensuring all client documents are accessible and up-to-date
  • Create and manage Asana tickets based on client requirements, providing clear, actionable tasks for the design team
  • Partner with designers and clients to facilitate smooth project workflows from initiation to completion
  • Monitor project timelines and milestones, ensuring deliverables are met on time and to the highest quality standards
Requirements:
  • Extensive experience working with creative teams, particularly designers, in a project management capacity
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to clearly translate client needs into detailed tasks
  • Proficient in using Asana, Google Drive, Dropbox, and other project management platforms
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to managing client expectations and relationships
  • Comfortable managing multiple client projects simultaneously, maintaining a high level of detail and consistency
