Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and developing strategic partnerships to enhance our market presence.

Responsibilities:

  • Pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth and expand our client base.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract and retain clients.
  • Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and potential clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and client interactions using CRM tools.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role within the BPO industry.
  • Strong understanding of outsourcing solutions and industry best practices.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
