Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Growth Specialist to join our team. As a key player, you will drive sales growth and build strong customer relationships in a technical sales environment.
About the Role
In this position, you will:
- Identify new business opportunities within the wholesale refrigeration and related sectors.
- Conduct proactive outbound activities—via phone calls, emails, and networking—to build a robust sales pipeline.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring high conversion rates.
- Develop tailored sales proposals and nurture long-term customer relationships.
- Provide both pre-sales and post-sales support to ensure seamless customer experiences.
Your Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for:
- Analysing market trends and identifying new business opportunities within the wholesale refrigeration sector.
- Developing strategic sales plans to build strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Managing the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring high conversion rates.
- Providing excellent pre-sales and post-sales support to ensure seamless customer experiences.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you must have:
- A proven track record of success in sales, business development, or account management within the refrigeration, appliances, or similar technical industries.
- Strong ability to prospect, build relationships, and close deals autonomously.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, confidently engaging with decision-makers.
- Highly organised, with robust time management skills and experience using CRM software.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and excel in a remote working environment.
Preferred Skills
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Specific experience in wholesale refrigeration or appliance sales.
- In-depth knowledge of refrigeration components, systems, or technical sales environments.
- A strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to deliver customer-focused solutions.
