Role Overview

This role offers an exciting opportunity to progress as a senior accountant. As a key member of our team, you will contribute to the success of our organization by providing high-quality financial services.

You will be responsible for:

  • Performing daily cash and position reconciliations; investigating breaks.
  • Booking entries in the accounting system (enfusion).
  • Monitoring, booking, and reconciling bank debt activity.
  • Fund expense reporting and payments.
  • Reporting to the front office and management (e.g., risk reporting, margin, financing).

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Reviewing and reconciling NAV, GL, PL, and position statements.
  • Liaising with the fund administrator throughout the month-end process.
  • Reconciling the NAV pack and investor statements.

Additionally, you will be responsible for:

  • Regular client reporting.
  • Financial statement tie-outs: reconciling source data against financial statements.

We offer a flexible work setup with 70% working from home and 30% onsite, requiring a stable internet connection (DSL/Fiber with at least 25mbps).

Requirements

To qualify for this role, you should have:

  • A graduate degree in accounting or a related business field with 2+ years relevant accounting experience.

Background experience includes actual work experience in preparing working paper files, financial statements with disclosures, and other financial information.

  • Intermediate Excel skills such as pivot tables, lookup, 'if' and other similar functions.
  • Computer/program knowledge.
  • Experience in email, word processing, and video conferencing applications such as Microsoft Office.
  • Effective written and verbal intermediate communication skills.
  • Experience in using accounting software (Investran software is desired).
