Job Description

This role is an exciting opportunity to join our global recruitment team as a skilled Recruitment Sr. Associate. You will be responsible for:

  1. Actively promoting job openings on multiple platforms to attract top talent
  2. Proactively sourcing and engaging potential candidates through various channels
  3. Supporting hiring managers with recruitment and selection processes, including resume screening and video interview assessment
  4. Communicating effectively with candidates throughout the recruitment cycle
  5. Liaising with HR Shared Services to ensure seamless onboarding and provisioning
Requirements
  • At least 1-2 years of professional recruitment experience, preferably in a multinational company
  • Background in sourcing and selection, particularly in high-volume or shared services environments
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver results through clear KPIs
  • Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
  • Strong understanding of employment law and its implications
  • Excellent numerical skills and capacity to interpret and communicate SLAs and recruitment metrics
  • Collaborative mindset with experience working within matrix structures
  • Results-driven, solution-focused approach
  • Pleasure in handling varied tasks, including both tactical and strategic activities
  • Superb communication skills and fluency in business English
