Key Responsibilities
- Define and implement effective testing strategies, leveraging industry best practices to optimize product quality.
- Develop and maintain scalable automated test scripts, ensuring seamless execution across multiple platforms.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate QA processes seamlessly into the development lifecycle.
- Drive innovation in QA practices, exploring emerging technologies and methodologies to stay ahead of the curve.
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in manual and automation testing, with at least 1 year of leadership experience.
- Proven track record of developing and executing effective test plans, with a focus on efficiency and reliability.
- Expertise in writing automated tests using Selenium, Cypress, Appium, and Robot Framework.
- Familiarity with source control management tools like Git and Bitbucket.
