Quality Assurance Specialist

We are looking for a skilled Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist to ensure the quality and reliability of our software products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define test requirements and acceptance criteria.
- Design and execute end-to-end test scenarios that cover all aspects of the application.
- Identify, document, and track software defects, ensuring they are properly reported and resolved.
- Conduct thorough root cause analysis to identify underlying problems and propose effective solutions.
- Monitor and analyze test results, providing clear and concise reports to stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of web application testing experience and proven experience across the testing lifecycle.
- Proven ability to write formal test cases, using pertinent test techniques.
- Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Analyst, specifically in conducting E2E testing for web applications.
- Experience with management tools such as JIRA and Xray.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and the ability to work in an Agile environment.
- User acceptance testing (UAT) experience.
- Proven experience with Mobile testing or Responsive Design testing.
- Good understanding of Automation testing.
Preferred Skills:
- Automated scripting experience - CSS, Javascript, HTML, Xpath.
- Experience in Automation tools such as Playwright, Cypress, and Selenium.
- Experience in Jmeter, Load Runner, and Locust.
- Experience with continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines, including tools like Bitbucket, Jenkins or GitLab CI.
- Acquired CTFL/CTAL certification.
This is a full-time position following the 9 AM to 6 PM Manila schedule.
