About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Project Management Specialist to oversee end-to-end project delivery and coordination. This includes document submissions, progress reporting, and regular meetings with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare comprehensive reports and attend weekly progress meetings with the team and customers.
  • Coordinate with key teams and ensure timely approval of project documents.
  • Arrange workshops and sessions with site engineers, vendors, and other stakeholders to discuss project scope and objectives.
  • Participate in public awareness initiatives to explain project scope and requirements.
  • Kick off preconstruction activities with vendors, including the signing of construction schedules and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Plan and request materials and deliveries for project supplies.
  • Monitor project progress daily and address any issues that arise on-site.
  • Supervise and guide site engineers, conduct weekly progress meetings and evaluations with vendors and management.
  • Update project trackers and validate variation orders before submitting them to engineering, QA, and procurement.
  • Verify and sign off on final as-built BOQs, conduct post-project evaluations with vendors, and ensure timely submission of CFEI requirements.
  • RFTI checklists and testing completion, submission, and approval to customers.
