Job Title: Project Estimator Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced professional to join our team as a Project Estimator Specialist. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing project scope, conducting site takeoffs, assembling accurate estimates, and ensuring all updates based on revised drawings are incorporated accurately.

This role requires excellent communication skills, multitasking abilities, and familiarity with project management tools like Monday.com.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct site takeoffs based on received drawings and specifications.
  • Assemble full estimates for each project with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Incorporate updates and changes based on revised drawings and ensure timely project delivery.
  • Manage multiple projects efficiently while ensuring high-quality work and meeting deadlines.
  • Collaborate with teams to ensure project requirements are met and goals are achieved.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as an estimator or in a similar role with a strong track record of successful project delivery.
  • Proficiency in handling multiple projects simultaneously and prioritizing tasks effectively.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Experience with project management tools like Monday.com or similar software.
