Enterprise Technical Visionary

We are seeking a forward-thinking and technically experienced Enterprise Technical Visionary to design scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions for enterprise systems in a digital banking or financial services environment.

This role will work closely with stakeholders across product, engineering, and operations to ensure that technology solutions align with business objectives, architectural standards, and regulatory requirements.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Designing Solutions: Develop end-to-end technical solutions that meet business, security, and compliance requirements across digital platforms.
  • Leading Architecture Decisions: Guide architectural decisions for application modernization, system integration, cloud migration, and new product development.
  • Collaborating with Teams: Work with product managers, developers, and infrastructure teams to define system requirements and implementation plans.
  • Developing Technical Documentation: Create architecture blueprints, technical documentation, and integration diagrams.
  • Recommendations: Recommend tools, technologies, and frameworks aligned with long-term scalability, performance, and maintainability.
  • Ensuring Compliance: Ensure adherence to enterprise architecture standards, security policies, and governance frameworks.
  • Implementation Guidance: Guide development teams during implementation to ensure alignment with the proposed architecture.
  • System Evaluation: Evaluate existing systems for improvement opportunities and technical debt remediation.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams. They will have a deep understanding of enterprise architecture principles and be able to apply them to real-world problems. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with the ability to think critically and strategically, will also be essential.
