We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Customer Success Manager.

This role will focus on managing high-volume customer portfolios using scaled engagement strategies to drive retention, adoption, and expansion of product usage.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical, communication, and relationship-building skills, with experience managing large customer portfolios at scale.

They will also be proficient in Customer Success tools such as Gainsight, Salesforce, and ChurnZero, and comfortable working across US, EMEA, and APAC time zones.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a high-volume customer portfolio using scaled engagement strategies to drive retention, adoption, and expansion of product usage.
  • Proactively mitigate churn risks with data insights and health metrics.
  • Promote customer advocacy and value realization through best practices.
  • Collaborate with sales, support, and product teams for seamless experiences.
  • Use tools like Gainsight, Salesforce, and ChurnZero to optimize efficiency.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years' professional experience, with at least 2-3 years in Customer Success (SaaS/tech preferred).
  • Strong analytical, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience managing large customer portfolios at scale.
  • Proficiency in Customer Success tools (e.g., Gainsight, Totango, ChurnZero).
  • Comfortable working across US, EMEA, and APAC time zones.
