Job Summary
\We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Executive Assistant to support our leadership team remotely.
\About the Role
\- Compose email and text correspondence, prepare reports, and analyze documents with attention to detail.
- Attend virtual meetings and phone conferences, interpreting Mandarin and English between parties effectively.
- Communicate with property managers and tenants regarding property issues efficiently.
- Coordinate with contractors and service companies to schedule repairs, follow up on work completion, and issue payments accurately.
- Manage the CEO's calendar, scheduling business appointments, meetings, and calls professionally.
- Research and make optimal decisions regarding suppliers, service companies, equipment, and supplies with integrity.
- Handle sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality.
- Perform other administrative duties as needed.
Requirements
\- Fluent in Mandarin and English (verbal and written) with excellent communication skills.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant to C-levels (CEO, COO etc)
- Bachelor's degree or any certificate course (required).
- Excellent phone, email, and instant messaging communication skills.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal (at least B2 level).
- Solid organizational & time management skills.
- Tech savvy & familiar with current technologies, like desktop sharing, cloud services, and VoIP.
- Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g., MS Office).
- Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g., Google Calendar).
- Proactive attitude & willingness to be trained.
- Able to work on a graveyard shift.
