We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our team as a Mandarin Language Customer Support Associate. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our Mandarin-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat. You will work closely with our success team to ensure seamless onboarding and training for new clients.

You will also have the opportunity to participate in initiatives that drive business growth, such as assisting in junior representative training, product testing, and recommending new products to customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond promptly and accurately to customer inquiries and requests related to our products
  • Escalate issues to teammates and the engineering team as needed, using sound judgment to determine user errors, poor training, product defects, or feature requests
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
  • Proactively check in with clients until issues are resolved
  • Actively participate in initiatives that drive business growth
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • 1-3 years of experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar CS role
  • Fluency in Mandarin and English (both verbal and written)
  • Phone support experience
  • Experience using help desk software and remote support tools
  • Ability to work following US time zone
  • High-speed and stable internet connection (at least 50 Mbps)
