Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned executive to lead our Demand team in driving revenue growth, customer retention, and market development within the local community. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in direct selling, network marketing, or related industries.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Formulate and execute data-driven business plans to drive revenue growth and customer retention.
  2. Foster a high-performing team by providing visionary leadership, setting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and collaborating with Department Managers and Supervisors.
  3. Establish effective collaboration, communication, and feedback between the Demand team and other functions.
  4. Direct financial strategies, including budgeting, risk management, internal controls, and tax compliance.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in any discipline; an MBA or equivalent advanced degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive management experience in multinational organizations.
  • Strong business acumen and experience in driving strategic sales, market expansion, distributor development, and recruitment initiatives.
  • Proven ability to work effectively with executive leadership teams, cross-functional teams, and field leaders.
  • Dynamic public speaker and trainer with the ability to engage and motivate large audiences.
