Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Leadership Development Program Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and managing leadership development programs end-to-end, working closely with training vendors, talent & learning SMEs, and leaders across the company globally.

The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with senior stakeholders. They will also possess strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data visualization).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer global leadership development programs, including scheduling, participant communication, and post-program follow-up.
  • Coordinate with training vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials, sessions, and services.
  • Collaborate with internal talent & learning SMEs and leaders globally to align programs with business needs.
  • Execute human resources policies and processes related to learning and leadership development.
  • Deliver high-quality HR services with a focus on operational excellence and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Provide functional expertise in program administration and vendor coordination.
  • Support HR delivery projects, process improvements, and automation initiatives.
  • Manage training-related data, prepare reports, and provide analytics for program evaluation.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • > 2–3 years of experience in HR Delivery, Learning & Development administration, or a related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with senior stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data visualization).
  • Knowledge of PowerApps and Power Automate is an advantage.
  • Experience working with global teams in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
  • Background in training administration or leadership development is an advantage.
  • Experience in reporting and analytics.
