
Remote Technical Support Representative

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team in providing exceptional customer service and support.
This is a full-time, hourly paid position that offers a range of benefits and opportunities for career growth.
The successful candidate will be responsible for responding to technical support requests via phone, chat, or email, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues, and guiding customers through step-by-step solutions.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and effective technical support to customers via phone, chat, or email
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide resolutions
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve support processes and customer experience
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services
- Meet performance metrics including resolution time and customer satisfaction
Requirements / Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in technical support
- Strong command of English language
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Able to multitask and self-manage effectively
