At SPX Express, we are seeking an experienced Hub Operations Manager

The Hub Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the hub, ensuring high productivity levels and meeting key performance indicators.

  • Assists in managing the receipt, sorting, and dispatch of parcels, as well as inventory control.
  • Conducts team briefings and documents minutes of the meeting.
  • Supports in monitoring the hub's performance by analyzing metrics and implementing process improvements.
  • Creates, reviews, and validates reports on the hub's operations.
  • Collaborates with the customer support team to resolve escalated issues.
  • Develops and implements initiatives to increase hub productivity.
  • Handles payment transactions and other financial processes.
  • Coordinates with agency teams to ensure smooth operations.
Key Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree holder.
  • At least 3 years of experience in logistics, warehouse management, or a related field.
  • Leadership experience in a warehouse or hub environment preferred.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours and adapt to changing schedules.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
