Job Role

The Operations Coordinator will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our facility, including parcel receipt, sorting, and dispatch. The role also involves inventory management, ensuring high productivity and efficient achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs).

  • Manage daily operations, including receipt and dispatch of parcels, and ensure timely processing.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, par postings, and reports as required.
  • Support monitoring of operational performance by tracking and analyzing KPIs.
  • Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate with logistics teams to coordinate transportation schedules and delivery times.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree holder in Logistics, Business Administration or related field.
  • At least 3 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in e-commerce fulfillment.
  • Prior leadership experience in a warehouse or hub environment is advantageous.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Able to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends, depending on operational needs.
  • Continuous learning mindset and willingness to adapt to changing processes and technologies.
