Hub Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled Hub Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our hub, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing process improvement initiatives and driving continuous improvement in key performance indicators (KPIs) for the hub.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily hub operations, including managing staff, resources, and processes.
  • Implement process improvement initiatives to enhance hub productivity and efficiency.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to improve customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in a related field, such as Supply Chain Management or Logistics.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of improving operational efficiency and reducing costs.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
