Logistics Operations Manager

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of logistics operations, including supply chain management and e-commerce fulfillment.

We are looking for a seasoned professional with excellent leadership skills and strong experience in managing high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of professionals in overseeing the daily operations of our logistics hub.
  • Develop and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance hub productivity and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with agency coordinators to manage and support agency teams.
  • Assist the Customer Support team with call-outs to resolve customer escalations.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in a related field (Supply Chain & Logistics).
  • Minimum 4 years experience in Supply Chain & Logistics Industry.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in operations management and be able to drive continuous improvement in key performance indicators (KPIs) for the hub.
