Job Summary

As a key member of the operations team, we are seeking an experienced Hub Operations Manager to join our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our hub, managing first and last mile activities, and supporting customer support teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in parcel inbounding, sorting, rider dispatch, and receiving in-transit parcels
  • Monitor hub performance, ensuring high productivity and efficient achievement of Hub KPIs
  • Create, review, and validate Hub reports
  • Support call-outs to resolve customer escalations with the Customer Support team
  • Implement process improvement initiatives and projects to enhance hub productivity
  • Handle payment transactions and associated payment processes
  • Coordinate with agency coordinators to oversee agency teams
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree Holder
  • At least 3 years related experience in Logistics, Warehouse and Distribution
  • Leadership experience in a warehouse or hub environment
  • Experience in payments processing or similar function
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Able to work shifts depending on agreed team schedules
