About the Role

The FP&A Analyst plays a vital part in supporting planning and decision-making by preparing reports, building financial models, and analyzing data for accurate forecasting, budgeting, and reporting.

This role involves working closely with senior management to deliver high-quality information that drives informed business decisions.

  • Preparation of scheduled financial reports and ensuring accuracy of data is crucial in this position.
  • Maintenance and update of forecasting tools and templates are also key responsibilities.
  • The analyst will be responsible for reconciling financial data between systems and flagging any discrepancies.
  • Assistance in preparing presentation decks for the CFO and senior management is also required.
Skill Requirements
  • A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field is necessary for this role.
  • 3-5 years of work experience in financial planning, analysis, or related roles is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in Excel is essential, with exposure to QuickBooks Online and Power BI being an advantage.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail are crucial for success in this position.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills are also necessary for working closely with team members.
