Financial Planning and Investment Roles

The Investments and Corporate Finance Group offers a range of opportunities for professionals who want to develop their expertise in financial planning, investment analysis, and corporate finance. The team works closely with stakeholders to provide comprehensive financial advice and analysis, and to execute investments, divestments, mergers, and acquisitions.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Project execution: Lead projects from initiation to completion, managing multiple stakeholders and ensuring timely delivery.
  • Financial analysis: Conduct research, challenge assumptions, and evaluate deal structures to prepare management reports and presentations.
  • Policy development: Assist in developing and optimizing group-wide financial policies for investments, divestments, mergers, acquisitions, and material capex.
  • Best practices: Identify and/or develop best practices across the organization.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics, business management, or a related field.
  • At least 9-12 years of experience in investments, corporate finance, or similar areas with increasing levels of responsibility.
