Operational Excellence Role

This is a pivotal position for someone who thrives on simplifying complex workflows, building scalable processes, and driving structured improvement.

We are expanding our Operational Excellence team as we scale the way we work and we're looking for a talented individual to help us elevate and evolve our operations.

Responsibilities
  • Improve and standardize business processes to increase efficiency and velocity across teams.
  • Identify, assess, optimize, and document core business processes in collaboration with key stakeholders.
  • Establish a culture of continuous improvement through effective mechanisms such as training, coaching, and post-mortem facilitation.
  • Develop and maintain operational frameworks that enable teams to work consistently and efficiently.
  • Audit & Compliance Support
  • Support internal and external audits by ensuring processes are properly documented, implemented, and monitored.
  • Support Performance Tracking & Reporting
  • Monitor and report on companywide KPIs using dashboards and data insights to evaluate the impact of process improvements.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, Engineering or Science or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in operational excellence, process improvement, or similar roles.
  • Hands-on experience with lean methodologies and tools (e.g. A3, Root Cause Analysis).
  • Strong facilitation and collaboration skills to gather input, troubleshoot issues, and align diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to simplify complex workflows and design efficient solutions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail with a continuous improvement mindset.
