Provide high-level administrative support to senior leadership, ensuring seamless execution of projects and initiatives.
Coordinate calendar management, meeting scheduling, and coordination with multiple stakeholders, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
- Develop and maintain organized filing systems for contracts, project documentation, and corporate records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Manage email and phone correspondence with professionalism and discretion, acting as a liaison between executives, clients, and internal teams.
- Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables; assist in coordinating special initiatives, ensuring tasks are completed on time and to required standards.
- Experience: Minimum 2.5-5 years of proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar high-level administrative role.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SharePoint.
- Organizational Skills: Exceptional ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain detailed records, and uphold deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication abilities, with the tact and professionalism required for client-facing correspondence.
- Independent Work Ethic: Self-motivated, resourceful, and able to work with minimal supervision while maintaining alignment with executive priorities.
- Confidentiality & Discretion: Proven track record of handling sensitive information with integrity and adherence to corporate confidentiality standards.
