As a skilled administrative professional, we are seeking an individual with excellent organizational and communication abilities to join our team.
- Document Management: Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and documents. Maintain accurate filing systems and ensure data integrity.
- Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.
- Scheduling and Coordination: Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments for team members. Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional and timely manner.
- Report Preparation: Assist in the preparation of monthly reports.
- Project Support: Provide administrative support for projects, including scheduling meetings, distributing information, and tracking progress.
- Data Entry and Organization: Assist with data entry and organization of incident reports and other relevant information.
- Research and Social Media: Conduct research for different projects and create engaging content on various social media platforms. Monitor social media channels for feedback and respond in a timely manner.
- Travel Arrangements: Make travel arrangements for staff members and coordinate itineraries.
- Event Planning: Assist in planning and executing company events, including coordinating logistics and managing RSVPs.
- Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Experience in CRM, reporting, and data filtering.
- Multitasking and Problem-Solving: Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
