Desktop Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Desktop Support Engineer to join our team at Strategic Networks Inc. as a key member of our IT service delivery team.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional technical support to end-users via various communication channels, ensuring timely resolution of hardware and software issues.
- Collaborate with Senior Technical Support Engineers and Team Leaders to address critical technical issues and ensure seamless service delivery.
- Configure and set up new user accounts and profiles, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
- Develop and implement effective solutions to resolve technical issues, leveraging root cause analysis and technical reporting skills.
- Proactively communicate with end-users regarding their requests, ensuring transparency and timely updates.
- Maintain a high level of knowledge on our programs and services to provide value-based technical solutions to our customers.
- Meet and exceed attendance requirements, KPI targets, and service level agreements, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and professional working relationships.
- Strong technical expertise in desktop environments, with a focus on hardware and software troubleshooting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze complex technical issues, develop effective solutions, and communicate them clearly to end-users.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with a focus on root cause analysis and technical reporting.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple requests simultaneously.
