Job Role

As a Support Specialist, you will deliver high-quality technical support to clients, troubleshoot issues, and ensure customer satisfaction while collaborating with internal teams.

This is a full-time role that requires a strong understanding of software applications and excellent communication skills.

The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a technical support role and be proficient in using Zendesk and Jira.

  • Triage incoming tickets and categorize them into: How-To Questions, Incidents/Bugs, Customisation Requests
  • Monitor and follow up on all open and pending tickets
  • Coordinate with internal teams for resolutions and approvals
  • Respond to inbound customer phone calls promptly and professionally
Key Responsibilities
  1. Deliver top-notch technical support to clients
  2. Manage escalations, complaints, and customer dissatisfaction issues
  3. Build trusted relationships with clients
  4. Serve as the voice of the customer by relaying insights and recurring issues to internal teams
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Minimum 4 years of experience supporting software or SaaS products in a technical support role
  • Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience using Zendesk and Jira
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with support tools such as Zoom and Microsoft Teams
