Are you looking for a challenging role that will utilize your technical expertise to drive business growth? As an IT Director, Applications, you will lead a team of software developers in delivering innovative solutions to meet the needs of our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the development and implementation of applications that improve business process capabilities.

You will work closely with internal stakeholders to define and manage technology projects, ensuring that they are aligned with long-term business strategies. This includes evaluating business improvement opportunities, identifying commercial and custom solutions, and assisting in project planning to minimize risks. Additionally, you will balance competing demands for sustaining support, enhancements, and large transformation projects.

Your team will consist of experienced professionals who are skilled in delivering software applications and automation. You will provide leadership, direction, career, and skills development to ensure their success. Key performance measures will be used to evaluate their progress and identify areas for improvement.

The ideal candidate will have at least 12 years of experience in delivering and managing teams in the delivery of software applications and automation. A minimum of 5 years of experience providing technical support for HR and Recruiting functions in a global environment is also required. Public company/SEC experience is preferred. In addition, you should have experience managing application service delivery and user support for applications, establishing priorities and schedules for business application projects, and directing and measuring teams in service excellence.

As the IT Director, Applications, you will be responsible for advising on AI and Automation for business processing automation and workflow automation, including Workday and other platforms. You will also influence IT and business executive management in setting direction and quickly identifying solutions to address business opportunities and challenges. Experience with resource/budget planning/forecasting and managing expenses to plan is essential.

Senior level technical expertise and/or architecture experience are preferred. Knowledge of project management practices is also desirable. You must have knowledge and experience with Recruiting Automation, particularly with integrated platforms such as TalkPush and Harver.

To succeed in this role, you should have a Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology, or equivalent.
