Application Support Specialist

The primary objective of this role is to provide timely and proactive technical assistance ensuring system uptime and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Perform a thorough assessment, diagnosis, investigation, and troubleshooting of application issues or concerns raised by end users.
- Act as the primary point-of-contact for handling and orchestrating resolution of incidents/requests in accordance with established processes.
- Provide responsive feedback via chat, email, or service management systems.
- Engage in live daily calls, emails, and chats, following up on feedback and response/resolution.
- A minimum of 2 years experience in technical support for software development projects.
- Working knowledge of operating systems, web and mobile applications, and APIs.
- Familiarity with service management applications such as JIRA Service Management.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
