GlobalTek BPO an in-house BPO company who helps the underserved and at-risk disabled population in their quest to receive all the disability benefits they medically, legally, and ethically qualify for from both government and private entities. We develop medical evidence that helps our clients navigate the complex disability benefits journey to improve their life trajectory.GlobalTek supports our US clients at Trajector, which was founded in 2014 with a handful of employees. In the last 10 years, the company has grown to over 1,800 employees and we continue to expand rapidly. Our mission is to improve the lives of Veterans by providing expert medical consulting services to optimize their disability benefits. We need passionate, dedicated team members to assist in improving the quality of life for our Veterans.

Medical Intake Representatives are also known as Inside Sales Representatives and the face and voice of our company As the frontline members of our company, they will follow a sales process based on warm leads prompted by Veterans who seek assistance earning their disability benefits. Our MIR team members deliver professional and discrete intake experiences to identify and educate Veterans and individuals with disabilities on our medical consulting resources.

• Php 25,000 total monthly salary package during the probationary period and Php 30,000 upon regularization.

• Selling and presenting a private medical consulting service to U.S. Military Veterans who need assistance with pursing the VA disability benefits for which they qualify.
• Effectively establish rapport, demonstrate compassion, present our company value, and create motivation with veteran client to gather necessary documents to help build an initial review strategy designed to help the veteran client gain all eligible disability compensation.
• Strong ability to articulate thoughts in a precise and professional manner so veteran clients are clear on our process to assist.
• Entering and updating veteran client information into CRM system.
• Managing assigned leads efficiently as directed by leadership.
• Meeting minimum daily performance and activity metrics.
• Resolving veteran objections, concerns, and issues to help them see value in using VCP's services.
• Ability to effectively communicate Initial Review Claim path to veterans to gain interest in our services.
• Ability to gain commitment from veteran by getting their signature on our Medical Consulting Services Agreement which contains terms, fees, and details of payment to be rendered by client.
• Making up to calls a day, average phone time 5-6 hours a day.

• Minimum six (6) months BPO experience.
• Must be able to report onsite in Clark Freeport Zone, Angeles City, Pampanga.
• Two (2) years of metrics-based telephone sales/client relations or account management in a high-volume customer environment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to follow and perform intake script while building rapport with clients.
• Computer proficiency with MS Office, Google based documents, CRM, and proprietary software applications
• Achieve established daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
• Manage veteran contacts through CRM to ensure proper notation of actions.
• Effectively overcome objections and concerns to keep qualified veterans interested in getting our assistance.
• Active listening skills on each call with the ability to retain information while multitasking through software applications including concise and accurate notation in CRM to complete calls in timely and efficient manner.
