Medical Consultant

Join a supportive environment where you will serve as a trusted advisor for customers seeking clarity on medication side effects. Leverage your medical knowledge to guide them through a consultative, patient-first conversation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to medical information queries and product quality complaints via telephone, email or other channels.
  • Receive information, record and report Adverse Drug Reactions within required timelines.
  • Perform various activities including tracking information and metrics, ongoing quality control of defined process steps, training and data reconciliation from multiple sources.
Qualifications (Minimum Required)
  • Non-degree + 3–4 years relevant experience or 1 year safety experience in a related field.
  • Associate degree + 2–3 years relevant experience or 1 year safety experience in a related field.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field such as Life Science, Medical Science or Pharmacy.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Understanding of regulatory requirements, pharmacovigilance practices and ICH GCP guidelines.
  • Technical proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.

Physical demands include working in an office environment or remote setting.
