Key Responsibilities:- Perform automated data entry into electronic medical records as part of research and development efforts.
- Complete workflow tasks using scripts, information from clients' workflow queues, customer EHRs and portals, knowledge base articles, artifacts, or assistance from the production operations team.
- Review and update knowledge base articles to ensure accuracy.
We are looking for a skilled individual who is tech-savvy and meticulous. The ideal candidate will work on various projects, utilizing their analytical skills to drive results.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- A minimum of 2 years of experience working with electronic medical record systems.
- Experience with Excel, Google Sheets, Cerner, Epic, eCW, Allscripts, and/or Athena is highly valued.
