We are seeking a skilled Administrative Support Specialist to join our team. This remote role involves providing exceptional support to clients in the real estate industry, ensuring seamless transactions and outstanding service delivery.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong communication abilities. They will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, client correspondence, and transaction-related duties with ease.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage emails, calendars, and CRM systems with precision
- Assist in document preparation and organization related to real estate transactions
- Collaborate with the Transaction Coordinator on various tasks and projects
- Stay in touch with clients and follow up after sales via email to maintain high service standards
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transaction information
- Proven experience in real estate support or a similar admin role
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in using CRMs, spreadsheets, and cloud-based tools
- Able to work independently in a remote environment
