Job Overview

The successful KOL Outreach Manager will play a pivotal role in expanding our visibility and fostering trusted partnerships within the Web3, crypto, and broader digital communities.

This key position is crucial to enhancing our brand reputation and driving engagement through strategic influencer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough research to identify key opinion leaders (KOLs), influencers, and content creators aligned with our brand values and objectives.
  • BUILD STRATEGIC RELATIONSHIPS WITH KOLS AND NEGOTIATE EFFECTIVE PROMOTIONAL ACTIVITIES.
  • Coordinate and track influencer campaigns across various platforms, ensuring alignment with marketing goals and objectives.
  • Maintain a comprehensive database of partnerships, campaign performance, and communications.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent brand representation and messaging.
  • Provide regular reports on campaign outcomes, performance metrics, and partnership development.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends within influencer marketing and the crypto industry to optimize outreach strategy.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated experience in influencer marketing, outreach management, or partnership development, preferably within the gaming, tech, charity, or Web 3 sectors.
  • Fluent English, with a minimum proficiency level of C1.
  • Native-level proficiency in at least one additional language is an advantage: Spanish, Portuguese, Russian.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • In-depth understanding of social media platforms, influencer ecosystems, and crypto communities.
  • Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and relationships simultaneously.
